Customers can sign in to their personal Paws & Keys area to keep important information organized and easy to find. Your profile can include your name and address, pet names and breeds, photos of your pets and home, care instructions and other details that help us provide consistent, personal care.
During your service, a visit timeline gives you a clear record of what happened while you were away. Photos can be added after visits along with useful observations and important notes—from meals, walks and medication to an upset stomach, unusual behavior or even damage in the home. It creates a personal history of care that stays available for future visits and gives you a better connection to what is happening at home.

Her approach is built around consistency, communication and respect for each household’s individual routines. Every pet has its own personality, every home has its own rhythm, and the details matter—from familiar feeding and walking schedules to keeping an eye on the little things around the house while you are away.
Paws & Keys is intentionally personal. Rather than feeling like an anonymous service, the goal is to build long-term relationships with clients who want to know exactly who is caring for their pets and looking after their home.
